Welcome to the Visual Arts Guild at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts!

The Visual Arts Guild is a volunteer organization that supports the students and faculty in the Visual Arts Conservatory. We provide volunteer support, funding for teaching supplies and equipment, grants and scholarships for student enrichment, and hospitality for students, college reps and gallery show receptions.

All are welcome to join the Visual Arts Guild. Our basic membership is free and includes access to our weekly newsletter. A sponsorship in the Visual Arts Guild is optional, but we recommend you consider a sponsorship to take advantage of all the guild offers. There are several sponsorship levels to choose from - and we're sure one is right for you!

The first step in your guild membership is to create a FREE account with Membership Toolkit (MTK). If you have a Membership Toolkit account with another organization (perhaps the BTWHSPVA PTSA or another PTO or PTA), you can use those credentials to log in here.

Create a free MTK account or log in

Once you've created or accessed your MTK account, check out our sponsorship levels and join today! We support ALL students and welcome ALL parents, guardians and supporters. By coordinating events and activities and providing additional resources, we hope our involvement helps the Visual Arts faculty focus on developing the talents of our students.

Donations & Volunteer Opportunities

- The ceramics studio needs dry cleaning bags. Collect yours and drop them in room 074.

- We're looking for someone with a truck or large SUV who can help transport art from BTW to AURORA Dallas on November 15. Email btwvisualarts@gmail.com for details and to help!

- Volunteers and donations are needed to support College Showcase. Please consider donating an item for our guest hospitality suite, volunteering during the event, or making a monetary donation to offset our costs.

- PTA Reflections is now open. The National PTA arts program is open to all students through November 17. This year's theme is "Accepting Imperfection."
