Good afternoon Visual Arts Class parents, guardians and students!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Visual Arts Guild during Pegasus Pick Up!

It's not too late to join the guild, pay the supply fee or purchase merch. Just visit the guild website.

Big thanks to our Pegasus Pick Up volunteers - Ava Bennett, Tiffany Bennett, Jennifer Blankenship, Sheila Ewing, Karmin Lane, Kelly Martin, Handey Oddo, Britt Piburn, Maude Williams and Kay Wood. It was a busy week, but it's always exciting to welcome new families and reconnect with current ones as the school year starts.

Each conservatory hosts a back-to-school breakfast for all faculty next week. We are hosting on Wednesday, August 7. If you can spare an hour or two Wednesday morning to help set up, host and clean up, please check the sign up for all details and volunteer.

If you would like to make a monetary donation to offset the costs of the breakfast, please visit the donation page of the guild website, customize your donation, and indicate it is for teacher appreciation. No donation is too small!

Seniors, did you know the school announced your graduation date?! May 25, 2025! The school and the PTSA's Senior Activities Committee (SAC) will be sending and posting a lot of information for you. Make sure you are following the Class of 2025 on these channels:

FIRST UP FOR STUDENTS - SENIOR WELCOME WEEK! Check the Class of 2025 website (click the senior event calendar tab) for all welcome week activities including a senior class photo and Senior Sunrise. 

SENIOR PARENTS - There is an all-conservatory senior parent meeting on Tuesday, August 13 from 7-8:30 p.m. Location TBA.

10th-12th grade students - do you have an interest in designing digital artwork? Now is your chance to work with a team of designers to create digital artwork projections for the All-School Musical stage scenery! All interested students should submit a student interest form by August 18.

As a reminder, basic membership in the guild is free, but you need to create your Membership Toolkit account and provide a valid email address so you can receive our newsletter.
