The second annual 5x7 Art Sale held January 16 was a huge success. Event Co-Chairs Anne Underwood, Ann Romine and Nell Langford would like to extend their personal appreciation to all the volunteers - both parents and students - who ensured the event ran smoothly.
More than $15,000 was raised for the Visual Arts Guild to meet the direct needs of our Visual Arts faculty and students. We hope all who attended enjoyed the music of the lovely performers of WIMEC while viewing the amazing pieces created by our Booker T. students, faculty and professional artists in our community. We are already fast at work planning for next year’s event.
