We appreciate our sustaining sponsors for helping us provide hospitality to our students and guests, and for sponsoring events, exhibitions and gallery receptions. If you are a business, community member or supporter of the arts, we have opportunities to sponsor the guild. In exchange for your sponsorship, you'll be promoted on our website, newsletter, exhibit programs and other collateral. Opportunities include:

The Visual Arts Guild hosts 10-12 exhibits throughout the year to recognize our students' work and celebrate our seniors. Each exhibit kicks off with a free reception in the Hudson Gallery that is open to the public. Your sponsorship helps us provide hospitality to our guests. In exchange, reception sponsors will have their name or business name and logo on our website, newslettter and the exhibit program.

Each fall the Visual Arts Conservatory invites representatives from colleges and universities to visit campus and review the portfolios of our junior and senior students. It is an important day for these students to get feedback on their work as they make their post-Booker T plans. As a Portfolio Day sponsor you will help us provide hospitality to our faculty, students and guest representatives, including meals, snacks and gift bags. In exchange Portfolio Day sponsors will have their name or business name and logo on our website, newsletter and any Portfolio Day collateral.

Senior Showcase is a busy, exciting two-day, on-campus event that connects our seniors with colleges and universities across the country. Students get one-on-one time with recruiters and learn from a variety of presenters who conduct master classes. The Visual Arts Guild provides hospitality for faculty, students, lecturers and representatives, and we rely on a multitude of volunteers and donors to make this event a success. As a Senior Showcase sponsor, you would help offset the costs of the event. In exchange, Showcase sponsors will have their name or business name and logo on our website, newslettter and in Showcase collateral, including programs and goodie bags.

In the spring of each year, the Visual Arts Guild hosts a Senior Dinner to celebrate our faculty and students and recognize outstanding achievements in the graduating class. A Senior Dinner sponsor would help offset the costs of hosting the event, as we provide a full meal to students and their guests and goodie bags to each student. In exchange, Senior Dinner sponsors will have their name or business name and logo on our website, newslettter and on the event collateral.

The website sponsor helps offset the cost of the tools used to host and update our website, maintain our donor and member database, and produce our bimonthly newsletter. In exchange, the website sponsor would have their name or business name and logo on the website and newsletter.

The Visual Arts Guild hosts several faculty appreciation events throughout the year, including the annual back-to-school breakfast and teacher appreciation week in May. Faculty appreciation sponsors help offset the costs of these events, and in exchange, your name or business name and logo will be added to our website and newsletter and promoted at the events.
