It's audition time again for prospective students at BTWHSPA. Auditions for the 2024-25 school year are Saturday, January 25 and Saturday, February 8.
During auditions, the Visual Arts Guild provides a small hospitality station where prospective visual art students can refuel during their auditions.
We need donations of snack items and volunteers to man the station. Morning volunteers will help set up, and afternoon volunteers will help break down. Please note: if you donate snacks they should be individually packaged for the kids to grab and go. Please mark your donations VISUAL ARTS and leave in the gallery kitchen (the end closest to the gallery, not the end used by the faculty) by Friday, January 24 for the January 25 auditions and by Friday, February 7 for the February 8 auditions.
We also need one volunteer to pick up lunch for the faculty and student volunteers. The guild provides lunch; the volunteer just needs to pick it up and deliver it to school by 11:30 on both Saturdays.
