2025 5x7 Art Sale Volunteers

Our 5x7 Art Sale is one of the largest fundraisers we've hosted. We need several volunteers on site (2506 Sylvan) to help before, during and after the event. Adult volunteers will help set up, sell drink coupons, distribute art, and clean up after our 5x7 Art Sale.

If you can't volunteer but would like to support the event, you can make a donation in any amount.

We hope our parents, guild members and supporters will attend the event. Admission is free. Drinks will be available for purchase. There will be light bites and music from Booker T band WIMEC. All proceeds from the event benefit the faculty and students in the Visual Arts Conservatory. Invite your friends and family!
